Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is the cornerstone of our Prenatal Yoga classes, which go far beyond the physical realm of mere movement. Our prenatal program helps mothers-to-be discover a deeper sense of peace and harmony within, lifting blocks of fear, doubt and old conditioning out of pregnancy, birth, as well as life.
