Course Curriculum
Golden Bridge Teacher Training program is a Yoga Alliance approved Level One Certification program in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. In Level One, you will become an Instructor and gain a deep understanding and experience of the core of the science of Kundalini Yoga. You will develop the skills to instruct students in Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations. You will practice teaching Kundalini Yoga in a practicum setting, participate in early morning Sadhana (spiritual practice), and experience the powerful transformational energy of Rebirthing. This 220-hour course includes 180 hours of classroom instruction in a well-defined curriculum, which includes:
- Teaching Kundalini Yoga Postures, Kriyas, and Meditations
- Mantras and Mudras
- Role of a Kundalini Yoga Teacher
- Yogic Philosophy and the Origin of Kundalini Yoga
- Yogic and Western Anatomy
- Humanology

Course Description
This program is based on the comprehensive science of Kundalini Yoga. The Golden Bridge Teacher Training program is a journey of your development as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher. You will gain a deep understanding and experience the core science of Kundalini Yoga. You develop the skills to instruct students in Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations. Certification is through Golden Bridge.
GOLDEN BRIDGE NITE MOONLEVEL ONE CERTIFICATION Requirements
AT THE COURSE
- Attend all Teacher Training classes - a minimum of 180
- Classroom instruction hours
- Participate on time in all morning Sadhanas during Teacher Training
HOMEWORK AFTER THE COURSE
- After the Training, complete 20 Live In-Person or Zoom (Your camera must be on) Kundalini Yoga classes. Each class must be a minimum of 1hr
- Participate in one day of White Tantric Yoga (this course is not included in your tuition), or attend Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan Workshops or Immersions equaling 10 hours total.
- Complete the assigned 40-Day Meditation (11 minutes minimum)
Earning Your Level One Certification
Golden Bridge Global Yoga reserves the right to grant Level One certification based solely on their discretion and evaluation of each student's readiness to be a Kundalini Yoga Instructor. This evaluation is based on successfully meeting the course requirements during and after along with a successful evaluation of the practicum test during the course.
You are required to submit your homework certification requirements to Golden Bridge Yoga within 4 months after the last day of the course: February 23, 2025
Please turn in all certification requirements on time if you would like to be certified,
If for any reason you do not complete all of the requirements and need an extension there will be an administration fee of $216.00 for an additional 3 months, if not completed during the extension certification will not be possible. The extension and fee must be granted and paid before the initial 4 months have elapsed.
